35 t / 50 t Embossing press
s a full-range provider of vehicle registration plate technology, we develop and provide embossing presses, hot embossing machines and embossing tools for various performance ranges with our highest quality and safety standards. Modular design and easy operation with low maintenance you can rely on!
The 35t embossing press is ideal for the finishing of registration plates in all standard formats. With continuous embossing, it achieves an embossing speed of up to 240 pieces per hour. In combination with our folding embossing frame, the 50t embossing press is perfectly suited to precisely engrave intricate characters and embossing edges into individual formats.
All our embossing presses are CE-certified and can be operated with a conventional 230V power supply. They are equipped with a maintenance-free hydraulic unit. Additional noise insulation for the hydraulics and a shelf with space for 270 embossing tools and 1,000 blank registration plates are optionally available.
Hot stamping machine
The hot stamping machine with electronic temperature monitoring facilitates uncomplicated, odourless and fast colouring of registration plates. With only 10 seconds throughput time per label, up to 360 labels can be inked per hour (520 mm length). The hot stamping machine is available in three versions: For the processing of license plates at a maximum height of 125 mm, 178 mm and 250 mm.

Embossing Tools
Our embossing tools are extremely durable and particularly cost-effective as they are able to emboss two license plates in a single operation in connection with our embossing presses.
The aluminum base is manufactured in a CNC milling machine, the superstructure is made of robust PP plastics so that we are able to give our customers a five-year guarantee for our embossing tools. Thanks to a double-sided marking, any confusion of wrong letters/numbers is excluded.
Multicolor roll-to-roll screenprint
All our films are reflective and available in a wide range of sizes and colours. What is important for us is a customer-specific design depending on the requirements of the different countries. Logos, coats of arms or flags can be placed and printed as desired. The various options give the registration plate an official and customer-oriented appearance
Our offer for the clean and odourless production of registration plates according to DIN 74069 as well as for the production of fun plates ranges from hot stamping films in standard colours to colourful designs with different effects and inscriptions.
Carbon-Protect is a transparent hot stamping foil in exterior quality. The exclusive carbon look is achieved by applying the finish to the laminated license plate.

- Windshield tag behind the windshield:The combination of license plates with a windshield tag incl. NFC technology to read out owner and vehicle data ensures traceability and maximum theft protection
- Security label:An additional sticker (self-destructive upon acceptance test) in the form of a seal gives the label an official document status
- Hot press film:Customised hot stamping films with or without inscription increase counterfeit protection while at the same time offering UV and weather resistance
